dsh-stall-sentinel: A Lightweight Long-Running Task Hang Detection Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-stall-sentinel` is a lightweight watchdog plugin designed specifically for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) to monitor hung long-running tasks in agent development. It is implemented in pure JavaScript with zero additional dependencies and automatically wraps `ctx.subprocess.spawn` logic without interfering with task execution. Core capabilities include automatic monitoring, a conservative detection model based on aggregated “progress freeze” and “CPU status” signals, and an operation mode limited to sending reminders and generating forensic reports. The plugin identifies monitored targets by `logPath` and `pid` and supports JSONL logging. It must be installed after the base package, and monitoring targets can be registered manually through the exposed APIs.
