Create a specification snapshot for the secondary development of DeepSeek Harness using dsh-specs

Maintained by showjiangnan, dsh-specs organizes the products, architectures, extension points and quality constraints on a fixed upstream commit of DeepSeek Harness into a specification library that can be read on demand by Codex and Claude Code. This article verifies through the directory page, GitHub README, AGENTS.md and source-lock.json: it does not contain source code and cannot run DSH independently. What are the installation commands and workspace reading paths, as well as the evidence boundaries that must be checked against the source code before deployment.
