dsh-skill-sync：本地 skills 镜像的 git pull 与符号链接同步

dsh-skill-sync（mi-lu-uncle）将 mattpocock skills sync 脚本封装为 DSH 插件：提供 /skills-sync 立即执行 git pull --ff-only 与 skill 根目录符号链接 reconcile，并可通过 cordis.patch.yml 中 auto、intervalMs、script 开启可选定时同步。适用于用文件系统 skill provider 维护本地 skills 镜像的场景；安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile desktop add 本地绝对路径。
