dsh-skill-slash-fuzzy: Parsing the Unique kebab-case Skill Substring in DeepSeek Harness Slash Commands

This plugin aims to resolve the limitation that DeepSeek Harness's official slash matching only supports exact matches. By intervening before the official injection, it parses unique kebab-case skill substrings from user input, rewrites them into full names to trigger skills, or adds them to the menu. The plugin successfully loads skills for unique substrings, but leaves the original command unchanged when it encounters ambiguous items, while preserving exactly named commands. It is maintained by NecromanAlbert and released under the MIT license.
