dsh-skill-fuzzy: Codex-Style Fuzzy Skill Search for the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI

`dsh-skill-fuzzy` is a plugin for the DSH Web GUI client designed to address the limitation that the built-in skill menu only supports prefix matching by name. Adapted from the OpenAI Codex algorithm, it enables fuzzy search and ranking by skill name or description. Running entirely in the browser, the plugin provides greedy, case-insensitive subsequence matching and supports contiguous substring matching. Once installed, users can locate skills more quickly using flexible queries such as substrings or keywords, making it well suited to large skill libraries.
