dsh-sidebar-width: A Plugin for Controlling the Width of the Left Chat List Panel

`dsh-sidebar-width` is a patching plugin for the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web UI, designed to remove the official hard-coded 264px width limit on the left-hand conversation sidebar. By automatically patching client files when `dsh web` starts, it allows users to customize the sidebar's minimum and maximum draggable width as well as its default expanded width. It is compatible with different storage structures across versions, supports idempotent execution, and ensures stability through fault-tolerant regex matching. After installation, users only need to adjust the parameters in the configuration file and restart for the changes to take effect.
