dsh-shell-surfaces：把本机多种执行面收成一条 DSH 工具

dsh-shell-surfaces 是 Nesarf 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，将 WSL、nushell、MSYS2、pwsh 与交互式 PTY 等执行面合并为工具 shell_surfaces。通过 surfaces 查询与 run 按面执行，支持后台作业、超时升格、沙箱与一次性审批放宽、持久会话及本机 shell 扫描。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:Nesarf/dsh-shell-surfaces，MIT 许可，版本 0.1.0。适合希望避免在 pwsh 字符串里嵌套其它 shell 的智能体与会话编排场景。
