dsh-settings-organizer: A plugin for organizing first-level groups in the DSH Web settings sidebar

dsh-settings-organizer is a standalone plugin designed specifically for the DSH Web environment, aiming to organize the sidebar navigation structure and enhance the user experience in multi-plugin scenarios. Running on the browser side, the plugin does not modify settings page content, plugin loading order, or native navigation nodes; instead, it dynamically adapts the sidebar display solely through `MutationObserver`. Core functions include providing default top-level groups such as Session and Workspace, automatically identifying existing settings pages, and supporting user operations to create, rename, hide, sort groups, and adjust secondary navigation attribution. The plugin features a safe mode allowing one-click restoration of the original navigation, supports configuration import/export and backup, and automatically disables animations under `prefers-reduced-motion`. Installation requires executing `dsh plugin install` in the specified Web profile.
