DSH 浮窗设置：把设置弹窗拖走，会话照常可用

dsh-settings-float 是 xk150424 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，把官方设置模态框改为可拖动浮窗：遮罩不再挡住会话，位置存 localStorage。安装需 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:xk150424/dsh-settings-float 并重启 DSH。实测兼容 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2，纯前端注入，MIT 许可。
