dsh-session-topics: DeepSeek Harness Session Title and Hover Size

`dsh-session-topics` is a session topic title plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address title failures caused by token limits in the default generator. It performs startup scanning and state monitoring to automatically generate meaningful LLM topics for fallback titles. In addition, it provides an HTTP interface to query log sizes and uses a source-code patch to implement self-healing for session list hover cards, ensuring complete data display. The plugin is idempotent and protects user-renamed titles from being overwritten.
