dsh-session-auto-title: Unified Naming Convention for Session Titles

`dsh-session-auto-title` is a DeepSeek Harness plugin designed to address messy session titles. It registers an internal provider and dynamically renames a session at the end of each conversation turn using the format `MMDD｜type｜topic`. The plugin enforces a strict naming convention that includes the date, type (such as feature or design), and topic, and provides injection protection, output validation, and length guardrails. Installation is done by adding it as a local dependency. It offers flexible configuration and supports manual rename locking and manual unlocking. Driven by the `afterEveryTurn` lifecycle hook, it overcomes the silent-update issue of the service's built-in cadence, while consuming a small number of tokens per conversation turn and adding only a few milliseconds to a few seconds of latency.
