dsh-serial-debugger：在 DSH 右側邊欄裏做串口調試

dsh-serial-debugger 是 floydc-sz 維護的 DeepSeek Harness 客戶端插件，在 Harness 右側邊欄以「串口調試」標籤提供串口參數設置、實時接收（文本/十六進制）與發送能力，佈局參考常見串口助手。Windows 上通過 PowerShell 調用 System.IO.Ports，零 npm 原生擴展。安裝可用 dsh plugin --profile desktop add 或手動複製到 profile node_modules 並 patch。僅 win32，loopback HTTP 不鑑權，適用嵌入式聯調時在 DSH 內完成 UART 監視。
