DSH Plugin dsh-serendipity: Post-Conversation Random Encounters and Protagonist Attribute Building

`dsh-serendipity` is a "Work Serendipity" plugin for the DSH community. It triggers random plot events based on probability after the user concludes an active conversation and persists the protagonist's attributes, experience, and level. The plugin listens for the `turn/end` event, supports custom trigger probabilities and interval rounds, and features built-in themes and over 700 graded events. Six-dimensional attributes drive branching narratives, with attributes automatically trimmed and levels automatically increased. By default, it continues the story from the protagonist's perspective, decoupled from work replies. The "Serendipity Settings" are provided in the DSH settings page, allowing for real-time configuration of character profiles, trigger parameters, and themes, with changes taking effect immediately.
