dsh-screen-eye: Autonomous Screen Vision Tool for DeepSeek Harness

The DeepSeek Harness plugin `dsh-screen-eye` enables an agent to automatically capture the screen and view the image without manual screenshots. The plugin provides two tools, `screenshot` and `screen_permission`, supporting multiple capture modes (such as full screen, window, and region) as well as multi-frame continuous capture. When using it on macOS, note that the system enforces strict permissions for screen recording: the permission entry under “Privacy & Security” must be enabled manually, and the launcher name determines the name of the permission entry. The Windows platform has issues such as permissions that cannot be detected, DPI awareness, and dependence on an interactive desktop.
