dsh-scheduler：在 DSH 里做可持久化的 cron / interval / once 定时任务

dsh-scheduler 是 LosEcher 维护的 DSH 工作流插件（0.5.4，MIT）。宿主负责 jobs 持久化、60s tick 调度、headless 执行与 runs.jsonl 台账；客户端提供会话内「定时任务」页与 /scheduler API。支持 deliverTo、assertCmd、熔断重试、飞书交付幂等（runKey/deliveryKey）与台账归档。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add github:LosEcher/dsh-scheduler#main 后重启 dsh web。
