dsh-running：在 DSH 側邊欄用 VDOT 算 E/M/T/I/R 配速

Okinging 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件 dsh-running，在 Web GUI 左側欄新增「跑步」頁。按 Jack Daniels VDOT 用比賽成績反算跑力，給出 E/M/T/I/R 五區訓練配速與等效成績；純前端、localStorage 存最近一次輸入。需 DSH ^0.2.1-rc.2，pnpm 從 git#v1.0.0 安裝並加入 dsh.profile.bundles。MIT 許可。
