dsh-rp-tools: DeepSeek Harness TRPG and DM Tools

The DeepSeek Harness plugin (DSH) is designed for tabletop role-playing and Dungeon Master scenarios, addressing the challenges of managing character cards, world settings, and images during multi-turn conversations. It depends on `@changfenhuang/dsh-genui`, and `dsh web` must be restarted after installation. Core features include neutral random adjudication (dice rolls), a session-isolated image library (supports adding and retrieval), campaign configuration (character cards and macro tables), world book management, and state tracking. It also supports importing character cards from SillyTavern. All tools are restricted to the `dm` preset scope, and image library deletion must be performed in the panel.
