dsh-reveal-fix: Fix for DSH File Manager Silently Failing on Windows

`dsh-reveal-fix` is a fix plugin for the silently failing “Reveal in File Explorer” feature of DSH on Windows. It addresses two upstream defects: a path encoding error that causes the action to fall back to the desktop, and the window being hidden. By replacing the `sessionController.revealPath` method, it converts URL paths into regular Windows file paths and disables the window-hiding setting. After installation, clicking a delivery card opens the file location normally and navigates to the directory. The plugin is provided as a user plugin, so upgrading DSH does not affect it; however, note that the browser reclaims focus after about 1.7 seconds, and it depends on the `cordis.patch.yml` file.
