dsh-restart-fab: One-Click Restart Button for DeepSeek Harness Web GUI

dsh-restart-fab is a Web plugin for DeepSeek Harness designed to simplify the host process restart. It provides a floating button in the bottom-right corner of the GUI, allowing users to restart the `dsh web` process in place with two clicks. The plugin utilizes a self-contained mechanism that uses the same command line as the original process to launch a new host. It automatically preserves Workspace, port, Profile, and configuration flags, preventing manual input errors or session interruptions.
