dsh-restart-desktop：DeepSeek Harness 桌面端侧边栏一键重启

dsh-restart-desktop（StarMoon-win/dsh-restart-plugin）是 DeepSeek Harness 桌面版的客户端 bundle：在侧栏 Settings 上方提供 Restart/重启，一次点击通过 Host 路由与 detached helper 结束 Windows 进程树并重新启动 Electron 应用。适用于 Windows 10/11、dsh>=0.2.0-rc.1。安装需在 profile 的 package.json 中添加 github:StarMoon-win/dsh-restart-plugin 依赖并列入 dsh.profile.bundles。无确认框，运行中任务会中断；失败可查 %TEMP%\dsh-restart-desktop\restart.log。MIT 许可。
