dsh-repeat-tool-breaker is a synchronous plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) that blocks an agent from repeatedly calling the same tool or getting stuck in an infinite loop. By utilizing semantic fingerprint detection (supporting types such as exact, cmd, and net) and failure tracking rails, the plugin triggers a warning when repeated calls or consecutive failures are detected, and forcibly blocks the call once a threshold is reached, forcing the model to change its strategy. This plugin supports DSH versions 0.1.7 and 0.2.0, rejects HTTP requests from the Shell by default, and allows controlling the post-block behavior (such as prompting or direct rejection) via the `onLimit` parameter.
