dsh-remotion: Registering Remotion Video Creation Skills for DSH

dsh-remotion is a DSH video creation skill plugin designed to register the official Remotion ported skill directly into DSH, enabling users to trigger React-based programmatic video workflows through natural language instructions (e.g., "make a video with Remotion"). The plugin supports a variety of visual tasks including animation, audio, subtitles, 3D, charts, and fonts, with 38 built-in rule files to cover different scenarios. It follows the cordis composite package patch model, adopts the open Agent Skills (SKILL.md) format, and does not depend on DSH internal modules, thus offering excellent cross-platform compatibility.
