dsh-remote-dsh: Integrating Remote DSH Instances into the Local Sidebar

The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin `dsh-remote-dsh` allows users to view and control a remote host's DSH Web instance directly from the local sidebar. It uses SSH port forwarding to bring the remote session into the current page and provides session status indicators (blue/green/amber/red). The plugin requires that remote cookies be accessible only through local loopback ports. After installation, DSH must be restarted, and the remote address and token must be added locally to complete pairing. Development requires no build step and supports hot reloading, but restarting the remote service requires re-pairing, and Agent integration is not currently supported.
