@lightjunction/dsh-red-green：在 DSH 里用证据驱动的 RED-GREEN-REFACTOR

介绍 LIghtJUNction 维护的 DSH 插件 @lightjunction/dsh-red-green（0.1.0，MIT）。面向 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 与 Node 24+，在用户明确 opt-in 后通过 tdd_start、tdd_run、tdd_status、tdd_reset 与 Real ToolRuntime 执行固定测试命令，用输出与文件指纹绑定 RED→GREEN→REFACTOR→COMPLETE 证据，RED 阶段限制写/ shell 类工具。说明 tarball 安装、可选 root/timeoutMs 配置、典型调用序列，以及主机权限、非沙箱、Unix _only 等限制。
