dsh-reasoning-cn is an unofficial community plugin designed to address mixed-language issues during the reasoning process of DeepSeek Harness agents. It uses a two-layer mechanism: a zero-cost “guidance layer” that forces the model to think in Chinese, and an optional “translation layer” that automatically converts reasoning output in English, Japanese, or Traditional Chinese into Simplified Chinese. The plugin includes safeguards such as recursion prevention, log consistency, and graceful degradation on failure. Developers should note that enabling the translation layer may involve data privacy risks. It is disabled by default and supports conversion to Simplified Chinese only.
