DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Plugin: dsh-readme-writer

`dsh-readme-writer` is a plugin designed specifically for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) to automatically generate or optimize README.md documentation for GitHub projects. Built on the Cordis skill-bundle architecture, it automatically selects a screenshot method based on the project type (web or CLI), stores images uniformly in the `images/` directory, and provides illustrated descriptions. If screenshots cannot be taken, it automatically switches to a text-and-table mode. Once installed, users only need to run a command, and the plugin can detect screenshot capabilities and generate complete README content.
