dsh-quota-status: A Minimal Card for DeepSeek Harness Balance and Subscription Status

`dsh-quota-status` is a web plugin developed specifically for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to centrally monitor DeepSeek API balances, Kimi For Coding plan quotas, and ChatGPT subscription rate limit status in a minimal card. It supports tier-based color coding for balances, peak and off-peak price alerts, real-time countdowns, a draggable layout, and bilingual support in Chinese and English. It uses loopback RPC to ensure that credentials such as API keys are processed securely locally. It works out of the box without configuration, and refresh intervals and alert thresholds can be adjusted via an override configuration file.
