dsh-proxy-panel: A mihomo Proxy Status Monitoring Panel for DSH

`dsh-proxy-panel` is a monitoring plugin for DSH designed for mihomo proxy scenarios. After installation, it reads the local mihomo control API and provides a read-only proxy status panel on the DSH Settings page. The panel displays the mihomo running status, listening ports, current proxy group, and selected node in real time, and automatically refreshes latency every 5 seconds. The plugin only reads data and does not modify configurations. It connects to the local address by default and supports customizing the connection address and monitored group names via a configuration file.
