dsh-protein-intake: Protein Intake Calculation

The DSH ecosystem has introduced the `dsh-protein-intake` plugin for accurate protein intake calculation. Maintained by uckkk, the plugin is a pure Node.js component that supports parameterized calculations and returns detailed results. It is easy to install and can be enabled by running the `dsh plugin add` command. Since it does not require network access, it is well suited for local nutrition data calculations.
