Introducing the DeepSeek Harness Prompt Vault Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin `dsh-prompt-vault` provides a prompt library located above the input box, inspired by Voyager. Users can install it via an npm command and, after hard-refreshing the browser, manage prompts using the 📚 button. The plugin supports creating, editing, deleting, searching, and full-text previewing prompts. Data is stored by default in `~/.dsh/prompt-library.json`. Uninstallation does not delete the data, and the installation process does not modify DSH source code. It is designed to help users conveniently manage commonly used prompts.
