dsh-prometheus-plugin：把 Prometheus HTTP API 暴露为 DSH 智能体工具

huckops/dsh-prometheus-plugin（HuckOps）是基于 Cordis 与 @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools 的 DSH 社区插件，将 Prometheus 官方 HTTP API 注册为 30 个 promql- 前缀工具，覆盖即时/区间查询、元数据与序列、targets、规则与告警、状态、实验性 Search 及 admin TSDB 等端点。通过 cordis.patch.yml 注册 promql-plugin，配置 prometheusEndpoint 后由 plugin_manager install_bundle 安装。部分能力依赖 Prometheus 启动参数或版本。MIT 许可，适合在 DSH 中做可观测性与排障类 agent。
