dsh-preset-library: Preset Library Management Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

dsh-preset-library is an open-source plugin for DeepSeek Harness designed to address the inefficiency of managing a large number of agent presets. It provides tag-based metadata management, supports grid and list views as well as batch operations, and includes version control and conflict checking. Users must install and configure it using specific commands, with metadata stored in a local JSON file. Currently, the plugin supports only one level of parent-child relationships, and its metadata is not automatically deleted upon uninstallation.
