dsh-preset-bridge: Mode Directory Bridge for DSH Desktop 0.2.x

`dsh-preset-bridge` is a transitional plugin developed to resolve the loss of local presets caused by DSH Desktop 0.2.0 removing directory scanning. It reintroduces the `~/.dsh/.agent-presets` directory from 0.1.x environments into the 0.2.x mode list, and fixes dependency replacement issues (such as changing `worker-thread` to `workflow-ptc`) and relative path resolution errors. Installation requires administrator privileges and a restart, and additional directories can be configured via `cordis.patch.yml`. The plugin only covers known compatibility pitfalls, does not guarantee that all presets will load successfully, and may become ineffective with major version updates.
