dsh-pm: Spring-driven DSH Project Delivery Plugin

dsh-pm is a DSH plugin driven by ChunSun, designed to provide a unified closed loop for the delivery of AI-native projects. Through a plugin mechanism, it integrates requirements, Run, Step, acceptance scenarios/cases, and work memory into a unified state system, avoiding scattered maintenance. Core functions include providing 28 `chunsun_*` model tools, enabling agents to execute tasks based on requirements, report status, and maintain acceptance cases. Additionally, it provides a GUI interface for displaying delivery status and configuring connection parameters. Work memory and state rely on a ChunSun self-deployed instance as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT). The plugin is licensed under the MIT License and requires a Node.js >= 24 environment. Installation involves building locally and adding it to a specific profile via the `dsh plugin add` command.
