dsh-plugins-hub: DeepSeek Harness Plugin Group Management and Update Tool

With the growing number of official and community plugins for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), managing them has become increasingly cumbersome. dsh-plugins-hub provides DSH with a standalone management panel that supports grouped management of third-party plugins, update checks from multiple sources (npm, Git, and local links), one-click updates, and enabling or disabling plugins. It also incorporates strict security mechanisms, including accepting only local loopback requests, parameterizing command execution to prevent injection, and protecting critical components (such as hot-reload chains and Web service chains) from being uninstalled. Its architecture uses duck-typing consumption and does not rely on specific closures, enabling cross-version loading. After installation, the DSH Web service must be restarted for the plugin to take effect.
