dsh-plugin-wechat: Integrating DeepSeek Harness into Personal WeChat

`dsh-plugin-wechat` is a MIT-licensed plugin designed to turn DeepSeek Harness (DSH) into a personal WeChat bot. It connects through Tencent's official ClawBot channel and supports WeChat QR code login, allowing users to trigger DSH's AI directly via WeChat text messages and receive replies with tools and memory enabled. It also supports web searches via the `web_search` tool (which can be disabled through environment variables). Currently, the plugin only supports text messages and does not support images, voice messages, or other media types. It is recommended for passive replies only; mass messaging and marketing use are strictly prohibited.
