dsh-plugin-subagent-clean：删子代理并清掉父会话目录里的残留行

DeepSeek Harness 客户端插件 dsh-plugin-subagent-clean（包名 dsh-plugin-subagent-delete v0.3.0）在删除子代理会话的同时，通过原位将 subagent/catalog 事件改写为 ignorable 的 retired 类型，移除父会话头部下拉中的历史行；提供网页「子代理」面板与一键清理，并保留 list/delete/release 工具及 HTTP 路由。基于上游 MIT 项目改进，web profile 安装，实测 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2。
