dsh-plugin-speech：在 DeepSeek Harness 里朗读助手回复

@nakamuraia/dsh-plugin-speech 为 DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2+ 提供客户端朗读能力：每条完成的助手消息可一键播放或停止，Host 侧对接 TTS（默认 Microsoft Edge，无需 Key），整段回复单次请求、流式回传音频。General 设置中可配置服务、语言、音色、语速音量音高及 Skip code。安装为 profile bundle，CLI 示例为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:NakamuraIA/dsh-plugin-speech，安装后需重启表面。MIT 许可，当前版本 0.2.1。
