dsh-plugin-session-view：会话标题栏里的插件、MCP 与技能面板

dsh-plugin-session-view 是 gcggcg 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，在 Web 会话标题栏右上角提供 popover，集中展示并管理当前会话的 MCP 服务（逐行开关）、技能说明与插件包启停及挂载状态。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-plugin-session-view，要求 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.3 且 <0.3.0-0；MCP 须先在 profile 的 cordis.patch.yml 中配置。MIT 许可，适合会话级调试与能力开关场景。
