dsh-plugin-session-move：把对话连同会话日志迁到另一个工作区

PanChengN 的 DSH 客户端插件 dsh-plugin-session-move，在侧栏会话菜单增加「移动到工作区…」，将会话目录、Zstd 日志 header 中的 cwd、工作区注册表及打开中会话的工作目录一并迁移到目标工作区。安装时在 Plugins → Add plugin 填写 github:PanChengN/dsh-plugin-session-move 并 Enable；运行中对话不可移动。另提供 move_session_to_workspace 工具与 POST /api/dsh-session-move。MIT 1.0.0，非官方社区插件。
