dsh-plugin-relvato：在 DSH 里接入 Relvato 网站监控 MCP

dsh-plugin-relvato 是 Relvato 维护的 DSH bundle，仅通过 cordis.patch.yml 将托管 MCP（streamable-http，58 工具）挂入 profile，无本地构建与运行时代码。安装前需在 app.relvato.com 创建 API key 并设置 RELVATO_API_KEY，再用 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-relvato 启用。agent 可添加站点、运行浏览器监控、读取 Core Web Vitals 与 fix brief，并受与仪表盘相同的权限与 destructive 标记约束。包版本 3.5.0，MIT 许可。
