dsh-plugin-read-aloud：在 DSH Desktop 里朗读助手回复与划词内容

dsh-plugin-read-aloud 是 kevinx-key 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，在助手回复操作栏增加喇叭按钮，支持 0.5×–3× 语速、精确暂停续播与 CSS 高亮；默认 Microsoft Edge 自然语音，失败回退 SAPI5 与 Web Speech。支持划词右键与 Alt+R 朗读。安装：dsh plugin --profile desktop add "git+https://github.com/kevinx-key/dsh-plugin-read-aloud.git"，需 DSH Desktop 0.2.x 并重启生效。Edge 需联网且会发送当前句文字至 Microsoft。
