dsh-plugin-quote-reply: DSH Conversation Text Selection Quoting Plugin

`dsh-plugin-quote-reply` is a pure client-side browser plugin maintained by user yangYzc, designed to address the cumbersome quote-reply workflow in DeepSeek Harness (DSH) conversations. By listening to text selection events, it allows users to one-click convert selected content into a Markdown quote block and insert it into the current input box, or automatically create a new session with the quoted content prefilled. It must be installed via the command line, and the process must be restarted after installation. Additionally, if a Git source is used and the local pnpm version is >= 10, add an `allowBuilds` configuration to `pnpm-workspace.yaml` to resolve build failures caused by security policies.
