dsh-plugin-question-index: DeepSeek Harness Session Question Indexing and Location Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness plugin `dsh-plugin-question-index` provides efficient question navigation for long conversations. At its core, it displays a question tick rail on the left side of the main chat area, allowing users to click and smoothly scroll to the corresponding question. The plugin features independent scrolling, floating previews of the original messages, index support for interjected messages, and keyboard controls. Its implementation uses incremental slots and a lightweight DOM bridge, has zero RPC dependencies, and supports both light and dark themes. This tool aims to address the hassle of switching tabs or locating specific questions in long dialogs, improving the efficiency of reviewing context.
