dsh-plugin-pwsh7：在 Windows 上将 DSH 的 pwsh 工具路由到 PowerShell 7

dsh-plugin-pwsh7 是 drliuhuan 维护的 Windows 客户端 bundle，在保留 dsh-pwsh-sandbox 沙箱行为的前提下，将模型面对的 pwsh 工具解析到 PowerShell 7。插件提供 shell_router 诊断与路由、Web 设置页与安装对话框（安装仅由用户触发），以及可选的 PowerShell 7 方言提示与 Composer 芯片。安装命令为 plugin_manager action=install_bundle target=dsh-plugin-pwsh7@0.3.3。适用于在 DSH Web/desktop profile 下需要稳定 PowerShell 7 与可观测路由的 Windows 开发者。
