dsh-plugin-palette-board: 2D Color Palette and Application Drawer

dsh-plugin-palette-board is a Raycast-style DSH plugin designed to aggregate scattered web console entry points into a floating grid panel, improving keyboard-only interaction efficiency. It supports full keyboard navigation, local storage, sidebar scanning and integration, invalid card filtering, and dual-theme/size switching. The plugin exposes a soft-dependency service, `paletteHub`, for third-party integration, and has zero runtime dependencies, ready to use after cloning. Installation requires host version >= 0.1.2-alpha.1; corrupted files are automatically backed up and reset.
