dsh-plugin-overview：本地已装插件的总览与整理

dsh-plugin-overview 是 LTao96 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，不负责安装卸载，与 dshmarket 搭配使用。在设置→插件总览中列出当前 profile 已装依赖，支持备注与分组（state 存于 $DSH_HOME/plugin-overview/state.json）、可选 AI 总结、只读健康诊断、bundle 启停及设置/主面板跳转，并可收纳第三方 settings.section。安装：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-plugin-overview，重启后在设置中打开。MIT，版本 0.2.1。
