dsh-plugin-open-in-app-fix：修復 DSH「Open In」打開 Electron 編輯器失敗

DSH 會話中 Open In 打開 VS Code、Cursor、Windsurf 等 Electron 編輯器時，常因 Desktop Host 繼承 ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE=1 導致子進程秒退並報「打開失敗，請重試」。插件 jcy0chenyuan0/dsh-plugin-open-in-app-fix 在宿主進程內僅對 detached 且 stdio 全 ignore 的 spawn 形狀過濾該變量，不影響 shell 與 python 子進程。安裝需先運行 install.ps1 或 node install.mjs 生成 cordis.patch.yml，再執行 plugin_manager install_bundle file:<絕對路徑>。可選 run-selftest 自檢，probe.outcome 爲 launched 即生效。
