dsh-plugin-management：profile 外部插件清单与一键更新

dsh-plugin-management 是 YUYUY9527 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 客户端插件，在「设置→插件」增加「外部插件」页：扫描 profile 中非 @deepseek-ai/* 依赖，对照 pnpm outdated 显示版本与是否在 dsh.profile.bundles 生效，支持单包/批量更新、卸载及复制安装命令，并注册 agent 工具 external_plugins 与同源 HTTP API。安装需 dsh plugin add（如 GitHub tag 或 Release tgz），装后重启 dsh；可选配置 apiPath 与 sandboxMode。不替代 dsh plugin add 装新包，跨大版本升级需自行确认兼容性。
