dsh-plugin-localhost：把 agent 起的本地服务登记成可查、可关的一览

dsh-plugin-localhost 是 DSH 客户端插件，通过 serve 工具登记静态目录或由 subprocess 启动的命令服务，在 8840–8899 分配端口，并在侧边栏展示状态、目录、登记会话与日志，支持启停与自动启动。登记表持久化于 ~/.dsh/localhost/services.json。仅管理插件自有进程，不收录 bash 起的后台服务。安装：github:kjx-talesofai/dsh-plugin-localhost#v0.4.0，装后需重启桌面端。MIT 许可，维护者 kjx-talesofai。
